Emailed support about a missing sauce, and they got back fast. Fixed it without much hassle. Not perfect, but they were nice about it.

The staff were nice overall, and I remember feeling a little relieved when the person taking my order smiled because it made the place feel welcoming at first. But the whole thing also felt kind of rushed, and when I asked a question, one staff member seemed a bit irritated, which took me out of the moment. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not one that felt especially warm or memorable. Average friendly service for me.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now, it’s kind of a coin toss. Sometimes the sandwich shows up hot and made exactly how it should be, which is great. Other times it’s barely warm or missing ingredients, because apparently consistency is optional. When they get it right, the food actually tastes really good, so that’s the frustrating part. For what they charge, I don’t think expecting the same quality each time is asking for anything wild

Stopped in and the place was sorta well kept. The tables looked wiped down, and the counter area wasn’t messy or anything. Bathroom was okay too, not perfect, but totally fine. Food came out quick, so overall I’d give it 4 stars
